Juventus are looking for a player who can replace their striker Gonzalo Higuain, when the Argentine needs some rest next season.
According to reports, the Italians believe Chelsea unhappy striker Michy Batshuayi is a good option. The Belgian has been left frustrated by a lack of first team action in Chelsea since he made a summer move to the club.
He was Marseille’s top striker last season, but he has failed to impress Antonio Conte so far, and the Italian prefers to play with Diego Costa or Eden hazard as a false nine.
A few weeks back, his compatriot, Hazard has adviced the striker to seek a move away in order to get more first team action and it is believed that he is ready to take that advice now.
Juventus tried to sign him last summer from Marseille but were unable to match the £35 million offer made by Chelsea for the Belgian. They are reportedly planning to try again as they seek to add more fire power to their squad.
However, it is believed that they would likely offer around £15 million for the striker’s permanent transfer or attempt to take him on loan for a season.
