Leicester City winger Demarai Gray wants assurances of first team football from the former Premier League champions as Liverpool and Tottenham continue to monitor the teenager.
Gray starred for England’s Under-21s this summer as they reached the semi-finals of the European championship, but found game time hard to come by last season and does want more involvement in first team action this season.
Gray was signed for the paltry sum of £3.5 million in January of 2016, and he helped the Foxes lift the Premier League title. But he is still considered a prospect in Leicester and wants to change that notion.
Gray has shown some glimpses of what he can do in his limited opportunities with Leicester so far including a moment of brilliance which saw him score a stunning long-range strike against Manchester United last season.
Jurgen Klopp is an admirer of the Englishman and may move for him despite landing Mohammed Salah from AS Roma. The German is continually on the lookout for fast players, and Gray fits that description.
Mauricio Pochettino also likes Gray, and his age makes him the ideal players for the Argentinian. However, any move away from the King Power Stadium would be heavily influenced by the assurance of first team football.
