Arsenal’s decision not to sign Julian Draxler in the January transfer window is still being regretted at the Emirates with many believing that he could have helped them get into the Champions League.
The German joined French side PSG, but he could be on the move again. Just six month after signing Draxler, PSG are being forced to include the German in a deal that would take Joao Mario to Paris.
PSG want Mario after he impressed with Portugal at the Confederations Cup this summer, but Inter Milan are in no mood to allow any of their top players leave without getting good money or a capable replacement for him.
Draxler is still being looked at by some Premier League sides, including Tottenham and Liverpool, but the Premier League duo will wait for encouragement before making a move.
Jurgen Klopp is eyeing him as a player who could replace Philippe Coutinho as they brace for a new record offer from Barcelona for the Brazilian’s signature. Although Liverpool would love to keep Coutinho, they would not want to keep an unhappy player, if the Brazilian asks to leave, the Reds are ready to grant his wishe.
