As they have succeeded in securing the qualification into the Uefa Champions League for next season, Liverpool is set to bring in the players that they think would help them challenge successfully in the competition. One such player is Leicester City forward Demarai Gray.
The England Under-21 international is the typical Jurgen Klopp type of player and has been left frustrated by his lack of first-team involvement at Leicester City who tried but failed to defend their Premier League title this season.
Jurgen Klopp loves a fast and tricky player in his team but has only Saido Mane who fits this description currently, and the Reds suffered when the Senegalese left for the African Cup of nations, as well as getting injured and missing the rest of the season. Klopp wants to avoid this situation next season and is said to believe Gray can become his flying player on the left side of his midfield or an adequate cover for Mane as they challenge for four trophies next season.
Gray recently spoke to journalists about his frustration at not being able to start games but insisted that he was only focused on helping his current team right now.
