Liverpool fans to see massive £200,000-a-week deal happen for £55 million man!

Manchester City believe they are close to winning the race for £55million-rated Liverpool contract rebel Raheem Sterling, according to the Daily Mirror website.

It’s understood the Blues’ chief executive Ferran Soriano and director of football Txiki Begiristain have identified speedy Sterling as the young star to spearhead a squad shake-up at the Etihad this summer.

The young Englishman has reportedly rejected the contract offer from Liverpool and is seeking a move away in hope of more money and some silverware.
