Liverpool forward is a shock target for West Ham United

Liverpool misfit Lazar Markovic, is a shock target for West Ham manager, Slaven Bilic. According to reports this morning, the Croatian believes Markovic has the flair that has been missing in his team since the sale of Dimitri Payet.

Markovic has been a huge disappointment for Liverpool who signed him for £20 million as part of a group of players the Reds believed could fill the void left by Luis Suarez.

It is believed that Markovic has no future at Liverpool and the club will look to sell him for a fee in the region of £16 million.

Markovic has been very impressive since moving to Hull City on-loan in January. His performance against the Hammers is said to have impressed the Bilic, and he has told the club’s owners that he wants to have the wide man in his team.

Current on-loan club Hull City are also interested in making his move to the club permanent, but that would depend on them securing their Premier League status. It is believed that Markovic would prefer to remain in the Premier League as he hopes to prove that he can succeed in the League.
