Reports coming from Anfield indicates that Liverpool are preparing for a major overhaul this summer. According to the source the club is willing to back their manager with £100 Million, and they would not stand in his way if he wants to offload any dead wood.

Jurgen Klopp had previously admitted that he regretted not signing players during the January transfer windows and informed that they would not repeat the same mistakes again when another window opens.

Liverpool are expected to earn £100 Million from the sale of Daniel Sturridge, Alberto Moreno, Mahmadou Sakho, Lazar Markovic and Kevin Stewart. All the funds from these transfers will be reinvested into the playing squad which would take the transfer budget to £200 Million.

This means that The Reds could be involved with £300 Million in transfer deals, £100 Million from sales and up to £200 Million in purchases.

Jurgen Klopp has targeted a number of players, and some positions where Liverpool need urgent reinforcement including their defence and attack. Liverpool are still looking for the best defensive partner for Joel Matip. The big Cameroonian has been paired with, Ragnar Klavan, Lucas, and Dejan Lovren this season, and although many of the Reds fans believe that Sakho would be a good partner it is unlikely that the Frenchman will get another chance to impress at Anfield.

Liverpool would be hoping to sign experienced professionals that would help them challenge for the League and Champions League.
