Reports have claimed Liverpool have opened talks with Chelsea over a deal to sign Thorgan Hazard.
The 21-year-old was signed by the Blues shortly after they bagged his brother Eden Hazard in 2012, but he is yet to make a senior appearance for the club.
However, after two hugely successful loan spells in his native Belgium with Zulte Waregem, there had been talk that he was set to get the chance he wanted at Stamford Bridge.
But with boss Jose Mourinho not 100 per cent sure he is ready, it seems he could let him leave instead.
And the Metro website claim Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has approached Mourinho to begin formal negotiations for the player.
