Liverpool are ready to launch a £4 million summer bid for Barcelona forward Bojan Krkic, according to the SportsDirectNews website.
The Reds will face plenty of completion for the Spanish forward from his homeland as several La Liga sides are tempted by a summer move.
Bojan, 23, has played for four clubs in three different countries despite his relatively young age.
The former Barcelona youth player left the Catalan club for Serie A Roma in 2011 in a deal that cost the Italian club £11m.
However, it didn’t work out at the Rome club as Bojan was limited to few starts in the Stadio Olimpico.
He was then loaned out to AC Milan, before returning to Barcelona last summer.
This season he is on loan to Dutch side Ajax, but again he has struggled for consistency and his future is in doubt.
