Liverpool set for talks with Bundesliga side over future of midfielder
Liverpool are set to hold talks with German side Hertha berlin over the future of their midfielder, Allan Rodrigues.
The Brazilian joined Liverpool from Internacional for a fee of £500,000 in 2015 but has not been able to feature for the Reds because he has not qualified for a British work permit yet.
Allan has since been on loan to Finnish side SJK and had a stint in Belgium with Sint-Truiden.
He has been on loan at Hertha Berlin this season, despite his limited appearances for the German side, they still want him on loan for next season.
Jurgen Klopp is a firm admirer of the player’s talent and has previously admitted that he wanted the player in his team, only for him to find out that he could not feature without a work permit.
Klopp sees Allan as a member of his future teams and desperately wants the youngster to qualify for work permit.
Liverpool will try to get a work permit for him this summer, and if they fail they still may not allow the youngster to go back to Berlin, because he has not had enough opportunity to impress this season.
