West Ham midfielder Alex Song has announced he wants to stay in England.
The defensive midfielder, who is on a season-long loan from Barcelona, enjoyed a superb start to the season with the Hammers but his form has taken a nose dive since the turn of the year.
That hasn’t stopped interest coming from Manchester United however, with the Premier League giants reportedly lining up summer bids for his services.
Yeah, I definitely want to stay here,” the 27-year-old Cameroon international told The Fantasy Football Club. “I don’t know (if I can sign a permanent deal at West Ham).
“I can’t say anything now because I want to focus on the rest of the season and then we will see.”
