Man United to rescue unsettled star as £30 million replacement needed

Manchester United are planning on moving for Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen as a replacement for Real Madrid hopeful David De Gea.

The 22-year-old moved to the Nou Camp from Borussia Monchengladbach for around £10million during the summer transfer window, but has failed to make an impression under Luis Enrique.

Now the German is considering his situation as he looks for a consistent run of games and has not ruled out a loan departure.

And with De Gea interesting Real Madrid, the Daily Star website says United are ready to swoop in and rescue him from his Barca nightmare.
