Gareth Bale might be leaving Real Madrid this summer after his latest injury set back. The welsh man has played only 26 games this season, and Real Madrid’s president Florentino Perez is said to be unhappy with that statistic.
Since joining Real Madrid in 2013, Bale has spent too much time on the injury table, and may be offloaded to another team.
Manchester United have been consistently linked with a move for him for the past two summers, and it is believed that they are still willing to move for him if he wants to come back to the Premiership.
Chelsea also want him as their marquee signing for next season as they return to Europe. The Blues may lose Eden Hazard to Real Madrid this summer, and while it has been claimed that they want Alvaro Morata plus cash for the Belgian, they may prefer a direct swap of Hazard for Bale if Real Madrid would be interested in such a deal.
Bale has not spoken about his future this season, but it is believed that he misses the Premier League and is open to a return to England in the nearest future.
