Napoli defender Elseid Hysaj may be on his way to the Premiership this summer after Manchester United joined the list of clubs that want to sign the Albanian.
The 23 year old full back had been linked with a move to Liverpool last week, with the Reds said to be prepared to offer £25 Million for the player.
But it has now been revealed that Arsenal and Manchester United are leading the race for the defender.
United and Arsenal are in the market for defensive reinforcements as they both reshuffle their squad this summer. United hope to get rid of Luke Shaw, Mateo Darmian, and Daley Blind who have been playing as full backs for the Red Devils this season.
Arsenal need new full backs after the unimpressive showing of their current options, they believe the Albanian will provide competition for places in their team which could lead to improved performances from the players.
Hysaj is definitely not going to move for cheap, according to Italian sources, Napoli have slapped a £40 Million price tag on the player’s head.
