Reports from Portugal are claiming that Manchester United have entered the race for FC Porto hotshot, Andre Silva. The teenager has been in fine form since breaking into FC Porto’s first team.

He has scored 20 goals and provided 8 assist in all competitions this season. He has also been impressive on the international stage, as he has scored five times in six internationals.

These figures have caught the attention of some of Europe’s best sides. Arsenal have been liked with Silva, with reports going further to claim that the Gunners are preparing a bid for the youngster as they plan for life after Alexis Sanchez.

Wenger’s future is still unclear, but the Frenchman is going ahead with summer plans, and Silva is one of his targets. Wenger believes Silva can come in and immediately fill the void that would be left by Alexis Sanchez’s departure.

But, reports now claim that Manchester United have entered the race for the youngster. Jose Mourinho is looking for alternative to number one target Antoine Griezmann, and believe if they fail to land the Atletico Madrid striker, Silva is ripe enough to provide with the goals they need.
