Manchester United defender Eric Bailly has urged his team mates to accept the criticisms of their manager and learn the lessons the Portuguese manager is trying to pass across.
According to the Ivorian, criticisms can only make them better as professionals.
Jose Mourinho has been openly critical of several of his players this season, and it is believed that he may soon lose the dressing room just like he did at Real Madrid and Chelsea.
Last week Mourinho criticised Luke Shaw for his lack of application at the training ground, even claiming the defender is a long way from his first team plans.
He had previously criticised Anthony Martial, Marcos Rojo, Henrikh Mkhitaryan among others this season.
Shaw looks particularly troubled by the managers choice of openly criticising him, he is said to have informed the club that he is no longer interested in playing for Mourinho.
Mourinho lost his Real Madrid job because of a players unrest which was caused by him openly criticising his players, it is feared that the same scenario may repeat itself in Manchester. However, Bailly has come out in defence of his manager and believe the criticism will help the improve.
