Manchester United have made an offer to Tottenham that may persuade them to do a deal involving fullback Kyle Walker.
The English media are claiming that United manager Jose Mourinho may offer Tottenham Luke Shaw as part of a swap deal.
Walker is reported to have fallen out with manager Mauricio Pochettino and Shaw is apparently not on good terms with Mourinho, which makes this piece of transfer gossip intriguing.
Pochettino has worked previously with Shaw and knows what the England defender has to offer and Mourinho is said to be an admirer of Walker and is the sort of player that Mourinho likes, a flying wing back.
It is highly likely that Spurs would demand some cash as part of the deal, they value Walker more than Shaw and that may be the only obstacle to this deal happening.
This potential deal makes a lot of sense for both clubs, especially when you consider that the respective players are not on the best terms with their managers.
