Manchester City getting closer to signing exciting French prospect
Reports from France indicates that Manchester City are in pole position to land one of the best young talents in French football.
PSG prospect Dan-Axel Zagadou is refusing to commit his future to the French Club and according to reports, he has set his sights on a move to Man City.
The young defender is said to have had his head turned when Pep Guardiola personally offered him a tour around the Etihad Campus.
Man City are gradually building a young and exciting first team under Guardiola, and Zagadou will likely be fast-tracked into the club’s first team.
Although the 17-year-old is yet to make a first-team appearance for the Parisian club, he has attracted the interest of several top European sides such as Wolfsburg, RB Leipzig, and Liverpool. But he seems to have made up his mind to sign for Man City.
PSG have not given up on getting him to sign a professional deal with them, and they believe that if they can match any salary offered by City, the player would sign professional forms with them.
