Manchester United consider record club fee to secure hit man

Manchester United are hoping to secure the signature of Everton’s Romelu Lukaku this transfer window.

It is being reported that if they are to succeed in this, the Red Devils would have to pay a club record of £65 Million.

The Belgian striker has already managed to score 19 goals this season, prompting the Toffees to demand an offer of no less than £65m.

Everton are desperate to keep the 22 year old, after it was made know that he was very eager to move club, as this would give him more chance of playing in Championship League games.

United are not the only club to be showing an interest in him, with Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City and Chelsea also considering making an offer.
