Fulham’s teenage sensation Ryan Sessegnon may be a Premier League player next season regardless if Fulham are promoted to the English top tier next season.
The 16 year old left back has been a revelation since he broke through into the club’s first team this season.
He has become one of their most important players for his defensive ability, but it is his performances further up the pitch that has earned him the admiration of English top teams.
He joined Fulham when he was nine years old and has progressed through the ranks at the club so rapidly that he is now a regular starter at just 16.
Manchester United appear to have given up on Luke Shaw after his latest injury setback and they want Sessegnon to replace him for the long term.
However, they would have to displace Liverpool who have been pursuing the Player’s signature since the beginning of this season. It believed that Liverpool are the player’s first choice if he was sold.
Both Fulham and the player have rejected a move to join fellow London team, Arsenal.
