Manchester United on the verge of completing a deal with French giants
Reports from the French Media claim that PSG full back Serge Aurier, has agreed to join Manchester United this summer. Per the source the club and the player have signed an informal agreement that would see him join the Red Devils when this season ends.
Aurier is one of the best full backs in France, and has been very consistent since joining the Parisian club in 2015.
Jose Mourinho is planning for a busy summer, and full back is one of the positions in his team that needs strengthening. The Portuguese manager considers Aurier as a player who is capable of replacing Antonio Valencia.
At the age of 24, Aurier provides a long term solution for Manchester United.
However, PSG are unlikely going to sell Aurier this summer. As a matter of fact, the club is currently planning to offer him a new deal.
Aurier has not yet committed his long term future to the club and they are worried he may ask for a move this summer. It is believed that PSG would substantially increase his current salary as well as extend his deal by about three years.
Mourinho hopes that he can use Eric Baily to convince the defender to join him at Old Trafford.
