Mesut Ozil will only leave Arsenal for three clubs

A source close to Mesut Ozil is claiming that the German will only leave the Gunners for three clubs, one of them being Man Utd.

According to the media, Ozil will only consider a move to United in England and Real Madrid and Barcelona in Spain, no other destination appeals to him.

Ozil is out of contract next June and will be available for free, however, Arsenal will sell him in January if no contract extension is agreed, they are not prepared to see another player leave on a free transfer, especially to a Premier League rival.

Ozil is demanding in excess of £200k per week and apparently also wants the No.10 shirt, which is currently assigned to Jack Wilshere.

The thing is this, Ozil is simply not worth that much in wages, he is not world class and despite a one-off decent performance, Everton as an example, rarely performs to his much-hyped ability.

When news broke that United was interested the clubs fans made it clear they did not want him, he is viewed as lazy and overrated who goes missing far too often in matches, especially the big games.

The reason no clubs came in for Ozil last summer is that he is simply not coveted by the big clubs, there are far better players out there being paid far less. © 2017 Frontier Theme
