Mourinho to get his man as massive £34 million Chelsea offer left on table

Reports have claimed Chelsea will lodge an improved £34million bid for John Stones in an attempt to weaken Everton’s resolve, according to the Daily Express.

The Premier League champions have ignored the Toffees’ claim that Stones is not up for transfer at any price and are prepared to make the 21-year-old the most expensive defender in British football history – eclipsing the £30million Manchester United paid for Rio Ferdinand in 2002.
