According to reports coming out of Italy, Liverpool have joined West Ham in the race to sign Poland striker Lukasz Teodorczyk.
Teodorczyk has been in prolific form for Anderlecht this season, which has seen a whole host of top European clubs show an interest in the hit man.
The 25 year old is currently on loan at Anderlecht from Dynamo Kiev and has found the back of the net 17 times in just 22 appearances for club and country this season.
Portuguese giants Benfica and Spanish outfit Sevilla are also reported to be interested in signing the Polish international.
The only fly in the ointment could be the agreement that Anderlecht have in place with Dynamo Kiev, apparently they have an option to make the loan deal permanent for a measly €5 million, which they would be wise to exercise and then either keep the player or sell him on at an inflated price.
Bottom line is this, Liverpool and West Ham may want to sign Teodorczyk, but itwill not happen this winter, not unless Anderlecht agree to cancel the loan deal, which is simply not going to happen.
