Man City boss Pep wants to sign more home grown players next season and is planning to test Tottenham’s resolve by bidding for three of their English players. Pep has only three senior English players in his team and has previously described Spurs trio of, Kyle Walker, Danny Rose, and Dele Alli as world class players.
Reports say that Guardiola has already informed the club’s hierarchy that he plans to prioritise the signing of English players for next season. He knows too well that English players are very expensive and is said to be ready to test Tottenham with huge bids for some of their Home-grown stars.
According to Manchester Evening News, Guardiola is ready to bid for Danny Rose, Kyle Walker, and Dele Alli, but most people believe Dele Alli is an Unrealistic target and would be hard to sign.
City would be willing to bid £40 million each for both Kyle Walker and Danny Rose, however that may not be enough to tempt Daniel Levy who loves to play hardball when it comes to transfer of his players.
