President confirms Chelsea’s £30 million Spanish target ‘can leave’ if Mourinho meets valuation

Spanish side Sevilla have reportedly told clubs interested in Alberto Moreno he can leave this summer.

Blues boss Jose Mourinho is keen on signing Moreno but the Blues have not yet opened talks with the Spanish club.

However, Mourinho is looking at a possible after the World Cup has finished as he looks to add a new left-back to the club.

And amid plenty of interest across Europe, Sevilla President Jose Castro has admitted Moreno could follow Ivan Rakitic out of the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium.

As quoted on the Daily Express website, he said: “Signing any player from this club has a price and we will decide that price.

“If Alberto Moreno has to stay at the club he will stay but if a club pays the amount we think is big enough for him to leave, he will leave. But there is no pressure.”
