Inter Milan coach Walter Mazzarri has fuelled speculation of a move for Chelsea midfielder Jon Obi Mikel or Wolfsburg star Luiz Gustavo, according to the Sky Sports website.
Mazzarri already appears to have set out his targets for a summer of spending at the San Siro, with extra numbers needed for the added games that the Europa League will bring next season.
And one of his target is seemingly Mikel, who is surplus-to-requirement at Stamford Bridge and is on his way out.
“What Inter need on the market? It takes a player with the features of Luiz Gustavo, a player like a few ones in the world,” Mazzarri said.
“I fear that he is unattainable for us.
“Obi Mikel? I don’t want to name too many names. I said Luis Gustavo as an example.”
