Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini insists that he IS negotiating with Arsenal over striker Paulo Dybala.
Wenger insisted there was no bid but Zamparini has once again come out to say Arsenal are in the race.
However, the Italians have contradicted the Frenchman’s words.
As quoted on the Sky Sports website, Zamparini said: “PSG know that the player is on the market. At this moment, Juve is in pole position and wants to close the deal in a week.
“I want the best deal possible.
“The Turin club made me an offer of €35m, but I want €40m or more. Also, I’m negotiating with Arsenal
