Spanish midfielder Isco, has been advised by his manager Zinedine Zidane to sign a new deal at the club, amid transfer links to Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool.
24 year old Isco, who scored in Real Madrid’s 3-0 win over Alaves last weekend, has scored seven times in 23 La Liga games this season. The impressive Spaniard has started only 14 games though and is said to be dissatisfied with this. He is not actively looking for a new club, but would be open to any big team that would offer him regular first team football.
Last month it was reported that Pep Guardiola is preparing to sign the player as a long term replacement for David Silva, and he has also been consistently linked with a move to Liverpool.
Zinedine Zidane told reporters that he wanted the midfielder to sign a new contract because he is an important part of his plan for the Madrid club. According to Marca, Zidane believes Isco is happy at the club and he is also impressed by the player’s contribution to his team.
