Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois could be on his way to Real Madrid according to the media.
The Spanish giants had initially made Man Utd keeper David de Gea their number one target, however, it is now the Chelsea stopped that is at the top of their shopping list.
Courtois is regarded as one of the worlds best goalkeepers, he is approaching his peak and would be a great addition to any team, it is almost a certainty that clubs will be interested in signing him, not just Real Madrid.
This latest gossip does make sense for Real Madrid, Courtois would be the perfect addition at Santiago Bernabeu Stadium and would probably welcome a move to a club that is more likely to advance his career.
It is now up to Real Madrid to table an attractive offer, if they do then the chances are high that Chelsea manager Antonio Conte, will reluctantly allow the 24 year old to leave, which is exactly what Real Madrid is hoping for.
Courtois signed with Chelsea from Genk back in 2011, he has made 72 first team appearances and 45 international appearances for Belgium
