Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers believes Raheem Sterling will stay at the club this summer.
Rodgers has had his say on Sterling’s future in his pre-Stoke press conference and he has reaffirmed his commitment to keeping the England international at the club.
As quoted on the Sky Sports website, he said: “For me it’s very clear. “Raheem, whether there are talks or no talks, has two years left and I expect him to see that through. I don’t see Raheem unhappy.
“He’s a young boy who’s developed well over the last three seasons and we hope that development will continue here. He will be available for selection this weekend.”
