Luis Enrique says Manchester United target Pedro can leave Barcelona, but only if someone triggers his £22million release clause, reports have revealed.
United have been strongly linked to the 27-year-old ace, while Chelsea are also keen.
And the Premier League pair have been given the go-ahead to complete a deal for the forward, providing they meet the buy-out clause in his contract.
As quoted on the Sky Sports website, chief Enrique said: “I’ve said that if Pedro goes it will be when someone has paid his clause. If that doesn’t happen, it will be difficult.
“I have spoken with Pedro. I told him what I think and he told me what he thinks. When the player makes a decision something will happen. The decision belongs to Pedro.”
