Spanish giants, Barcelona are planning to swoop on at least one of Philippe Coutinho, Dele Alli and Ander Herrera.
The Catalans’ first choice remains PSG’s Marco Verratti, but the French giants are unwilling to even discuss the Italians future with them, this has forced Barcelona to look to the Premier League for alternatives.
Coutinho is a long term target of Barcelona, and the club has repeatedly been urged by their attacker and the Brazilian’s friend Neymar to bring him to Spain. Although Coutinho is worth less than Verratti, Liverpool is unlikely going to listen to offers for their highest earner who only signed a new deal last summer that ties him down at Anfield until 2022.
Dele Alli is currently one of the highest rated English players in the world, and Tottenham is one of the most complicated teams to do a deal with. It may take a world record deal to prise him away from White Hart Lane.
Ander Herrera has also enjoyed a revival of his Manchester United career and became one of Jose Mourinho’s most trusted players last season. However, he appears the easier alternative as he has played for new Barcelona manager Enersto Valverde while both of them were at Athletic Bilbao.
