Dutch giants PSV is looking to make a double swoop on London clubs Chelsea and Tottenham this summer.
According to the latest gossip, PSV wants to sign Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel and Tottenham striker Vincent Janssen.
Van Ginkel has already had two loan spells with PSV and according to the media, the Dutch outfit now wants to come to a permanent arrangement.
The chances are high that a deal will be agreed considering that the player has had a successful time in the Netherland and is surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge.
Tottenham striker Jannsen has clearly struggled at White Hart Lane and it will come as no surprise if he was to depart this summer, however, PSV will only make a move for Jansen only if Luuk de Jong is sold.
There had initially been high hopes for van Ginkel and Jannsen but for one reason or another neither player has made an impact in the Premier League and it is probably in their best interests that they move on this summer
