Tottenham and Man City hopes of signing flying winger given a big boost
Tottenham and Man City have received a boost in their pursuit of Crystal Palace winger, Wilfried Zaha. The Ivorian is currently enjoying the best season of his career and is set to move to a big club again after flopping at Manchester United.
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino, is a keen admirer of the forward and had a £12 Million bid for the player turned down by Crystal palace last summer. He remains keen and will try and get the player again this season.
Man City expect Jesus Navas, to leave this summer, as they have not showed any intention in offering the Spaniard a new contract. Pep Guardiola believes that Wilfried Zaha is capable of filling the void that the winger would leave.
The fact that Zaha is a home grown talent makes him more attractive to them.
It seem that Crystal Palace are open to the idea of selling the 24 year old after their manager admitted that they would find a huge offer hard to turn down.
Zaha is reportedly worth around £30 Million, a fee that would not be too much for Tottenham or Man City to pay.
