Fenerbahce and Portugal winger, Bruma is reportedly close to joining Tottenham.
Spurs have been in talks with the winger’s club, Galatasaray since January, but could not sign him at the time, because his club believed he would sign an extension to his current deal with them, giving them an opportunity to sell him for a higher price.
However, the winger is yet to reach an agreement over terms for a new deal, and he will have just one year left on his current deal when this season ends.
Bruma has been impressive this season, achieving some of the highest statistics in his career. He has scored eight goals and assisted another eight for Galatasaray this season.
Galatasaray are under a close watch from UEFA after the governing body suspended them from European competitions due to their poor economic state.
They might need to sell some of their stars, so that they can balance the books.
Tottenham are looking for a winger, and after been frustrated in their pursuit of Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha, they are now looking at other alternatives.
Bruma’s age of just 22 makes him an appealing player to Mauricio Pochettino.
