Tottenham move fast to thwart Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG and Man Utd

Tottenham superstar Dele Alli, is certainly the player every youngster would want to be like right now. The 21 years old has had a stellar rise in his very short footballing career.

Just three years ago, Ali was playing for MK Dons in the lower division of English and right now he is the player every top team in Europe wants to have in their squad.

His sensational form this season, has seen him attract the interest of top European teams like Real Madrid (who are ready to pay more than what they paid for Gareth Bale), Barcelona, PSG, and Manchester United.

This interests has forced Tottenham to offer him his third contract in just 16 months. Ali signed an extension to his deal last September that placed him on about £55,000 per week, until 2022. But the club is set to offer him a new contract almost double his current pay.

According to the source, Tottenham owner Daniel Levy wants to offer Ali the same pay as the club’s top earners Harry Kane and Hugo Lloris.

Spurs are gradually becoming a top team in England under the guidance of Mauricio Pochettino, and Daniel Levy is determined to keep hold of their best players as they move into a new phase of their development.

Despite interest from top teams, it is unlikely that Dele Alli will leave Spurs this summer and with his rapid rise, he may be the World’s most expensive player when he finally does leave Tottenham.
