Unsettled Real Madrid star on way to sign for Rodgers Liverpool side?

Liverpool are planning a move for Real Madrid keeper Keylor Navas, report the Daily Mirror website.

The Costa Rica star, 28, is on his way out of the Bernabeu this summer as the Spanish club pave the way for the arrival of Manchester United No 1 David De Gea.

And that has led to reports that Brendan Rodgers has stepped up his interest as he seeks to bolster his goalkeeping options.

Navas joined Real last summer after a superb World Cup in Brazil, but he played just six games in La Liga with Carlo Ancelotti preferring Iker Casillas as his main keeper.
