Welcome back to Emirates as Wenger to activate clause and land Arsenal superstar

Reports have come out and claimed Arsenal will submit an initial bid to Barcelona for Cesc Fabregas.

Fabregas has had an indifferent season at the Camp Nou, with many calling for him to be sold this summer after some hot and cold performances.

The likes of Manchester United, AC Milan and Manchester City have all taken note of the uncertainty of his future at Barcelona.

However, the SportsDirectNews website have claimed Gunners boss Arsene Wenger will activate the first-option clause and bring him back in a stunning move.

Fabregas famously left Barca in 2003 as a 16-year-old and spent eight years with Arsenal, before making a £35m return to his boy-hood club in 2011.
