Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has come out and made many fans happy, by admitting at least one world class deal will be signed in the coming weeks.
The Frenchman is expected to do a lot of business this summer window, as he looks to freshen up his squad and try to get the club challenging for all the major honours on offer.
However, there has also been some doubt over his own future, as he has failed to sign the three-year deal that has been on offer for months.
But after clinching Champions League qualification at the weekend, Wenger insisted he will still be in charge next season.
As quoted on the Daily Star website, he said: “No. Don’t worry. Don’t be too impatient.
“My last time will come. You’ll get rid of me one day, don’t worry.
“Will I be back next season? Yes.
“I don’t know when I will sign a contract. But my word is my word and I’m from a period, ancestral, where you didn’t need a pen to commit. You will see me again.”
