Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has confirmed his interest in signing Raheem Sterling from Liverpool, according to the Daily Star website.
The little winger has been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates with reports claiming that he has asked for a summer switch away.
And despite the Arsenal manager trying to dance around admitting he is keen to sign the Liverpool and England star, he pressed to either confirm or deny reports.
The Frenchman said: “I don’t like to lie.”
He added: “I do not bid for anybody at the moment. In the summer we will bid for people yes, but at the moment we are not in transfer mode at all.”
“They have the right to decide what they want.
“But you need agreement of the player as well.”
