Wenger ‘sounds out agent’ as brilliant bit of Arsenal business to be wrapped up

Arsenal are monitoring Hamburg midfielder Tolgay Arslan, according to the Daily Mail website.

The club have sounded out his representatives and will be keeping tabs on the player, who is out of contract on June 30, 2015

The 24-year-old is a hard-worker in front of the back four in the centre of midfield with a tidy, short passing game.

He started out as a striker and was then considered an attacking midfielder early on in his professional career, but has since developed the defensive side of his game and is seen more as a defensive midfielder.

Reports have claimed Wenger has already sounded out the players agent and will offer £40,000-a-week to get a deal done

  1. Here the specialist in crisis goes again, going after cheap material who no serious title contender will ever want to have on the bench let alone be a regular. I hope we remember M Silvestre. Squillaci, C Y Park, and many more idiots like hIm he brought to AFC. Only God can save AFC from this man who has lost his initiativeam AFC lost their last three matches in similar circumstance; ‘couter attack’
