Wenger to reignite Arsenal interest in long-term target

Fresh reports have claimed Arsenal could reignite their interest in Kostas Mitroglou.

The striker had been attracting interest from the Gunners before he made a surprise switch to London rivals Fulham in January.

However, the Greek international has failed to make an impact at Craven Cottage, firstly due to injuries and then due to the decision of manager Felix Magath.

And now it seems he is set for a summer move away, with Gunners boss Arsene Wenger back in the chase according to the SportsDirectNews website.

The Frenchman is looking to add more fire-power to his squad and although Mitroglou has been disappointing for Fulham, he knows for the right price the striker could be a decent back-up.
