Romelu Lukaku’s agent has admitted holding talks with the likes of Tottenham over a £20million summer move for the Chelsea striker.
Lukaku has been in fine form for Everton this season, where he is on-loan, but speculation on his future has been circling for weeks as Blues boss Jose Mourinho will cash in if he gets the right offer.
And despite the Portuguese’s bosses desire to sell abroad, his representative, Christophe Henrotay, confirmed he had held discussions with White Hart Lane chairman Daniel Levy.
As quoted on the Daily Mail, he said: “I have had talks with Daniel Levy, but there is nothing agreed with Tottenham.
“I am talking to different clubs, but it is true that there are not exactly 20 clubs who can afford Romelu.’
