Dnipro midfielder and Liverpool target Yevhen Konoplyanka’s agent James Lippett admits a free transfer next summer looks likely.
The highly-rated winger was heavily tipped to make the move to Anfield last January, then last Summer, but a move never materialised.
However, there has been talk in the media as of laye claiming that Brandan Rodgers was keen to open up talks with the Ukrainian about a pre-contract agreement.
Now the Sky Sports website has revealed that although Konplyanka is a wanted man, he will probably not move until next summer.
As quoted on the Sky Sports website, Lippett said: “I’d rather not talk of news and updates about Konoplyanka. Inter Milan and Roma interested in Yevhen?
“The only thing I can say is that there are really many clubs ready to get him as a free agent in June and among these there are some Italian clubs.
“I can confirm this, but I cannot add more details at the moment.”
