Napoli are reportedly considering a move for Tottenham striker Roberto Soldado in the summer, if in-demand hitman and Arsenal target Gonzalo Higuain leaves the club.
Higuain joined Napoli in the summer as part of a £34.5 million deal in the summer as a replacement for Edinson Cavani, who left for Paris Saint-Germain.
And he has taken to the Italian league like duck to water, scoring an impressive 22 goals in 40 appearances in all competitions for Rafael Benitez’s side,
However, there has been some reports which have claimed Gunners boss Arsene Wengr could make a move, as he looks to add a world class striker to his squad.
And according to the SportsDirectNews website, Napoli are considering a move for Soldado as a potential replacement for Higuain should they receive an offer for the 26-year-old that is too good to turn down.
