Arsenal get world class boost as target drops wage demands to get summer move

Fresh reports have claimed Arsenal target and Real Madrid star Sami Khedira has dropped his wage demands to £134,000-a-week in a last-ditch bid to make a switch to the Emirates.

Arsenal have been in talks with Khedira for the last few weeks over a deal, but the move has since stalled because of his £150,000-a-week wage demands.

And all indications then suggested that the Gunners no longer had any interest in getting a deal done.

However, the Daily Star have claimed Khedira has changed his terms and will now lower his demands to try and force through a move.

According to respected La Sexta journalist Jose Luis Sanchez, the Germany World Cup winner is now only asking for £134,000-a-week (€9million-a-year).
