Arsenal target Luiz Gustavo is flattered by interest elsewhere but plans to stay at Wolfsburg
Arsene Wenger thought he had landed Gustavo in the summer transfer window before his plans were scuppered by the Bundesliga side.
The Frenchman retains an interest, though, while other clubs across Europe have been impressed by the 26-year-old Brazilian.
Wolfsburg are aware of teams circling one of their most influential players but Gustavo has given them a boost by declaring he is happy where he is.
“It’s always nice when big clubs are interested in you, but at the moment I’m here and I’m very happy,” he told FIFA.com.
“I want to do my best at Wolfsburg. Thanks to Bayern, the Bundesliga has become even more well known in Brazil.
“Every stadium is sold out here and the league is very strong. I think it’s the best league in the world.” (TalkSport)
The Gunners wont be too disappointed at the news
