Parma are hoping to lure Arsenal target Sebastian Giovinco back to the club during the summer transfer window.
The Gunners have been linked with the 27-year-old Italian International, as boss Arsene Wenger is looking to add a bit more fire-power to the squad.
However, according to the FootballDirectNews, Parma are keen to make a similar loan move which saw him join back in 2010.
Giovinco started his career with current side Juventus but enjoyed a loan spell with Parma in 2010-2012, scoring 23 goals in 70 games for the Serie A side.
However, his time back at his boy-hood club has seen him fail to live up to expectations and struggle to impress the fans that once saw him make his debut for the Turin side.
