Arsenal’s Mexican target ‘will be put up for sale’ at bargain price

Reports have come out and claimed Mexican winger and long-term Arsenal target Andres Guardado will return to La Liga side Valencia in the summer but will be put ‘up for sale’

The 27-year-old ended his five year spell with La Liga side Deportivo to join Valencia in 2012 but he failed to impress at the Mestalla and was loaned out to German side Bayer Leverkusen in January.

However, since arriving in the Bundesliga, Guardado has failed to impress boss Sami Hyypia and he will return to Valencia in June, prompting Leverkusen not to take their option of buying the player outright.

His return to Valencia will not be met with open arms though as the Spanish side plan to sell and [football] direct news understands that he could leave for as little as £5m. (SportsDirectNews)

Arsenal may see the £5 million price tag as an absolute bargain
